The Procurement and Trade Division (Xiamen Clean Energy Engineering Co., Ltd.) focus principal businesses on the trading of energy commodities as well as the import and export of advanced clean energy technologies and high-end equipment based on the main businesses of the Group Company and Huadian Engineering. In terms of the coal business, it procures coal for Huadian Corporation’s power plants in China and coastal phase II power plant in Vietnam from Indonesia, Australia and other major coal-producing countries, with an annual procurement volume of more than 4 million tonnes. With respect to green energy business, it has vigorously explored the establishment of a green energy supply chain system featuring bidirectional purchases and sales and covering China and foreign countries by leveraging Huadian Corporation’s industrial layout in green power equipment, green hydrogen and its derivatives. In respect of mechanical and electrical products, it follows the main direction of serving the Group’s main business and marketing engineering products, and carries out trade business in mechanical and electrical materials in the fields of coal power, new energy, distributed energy and energy storage.
