CHEC adheres to the concept of leading technology and continuous innovation, integrating technology R&D with corporate development strategies, and has been committed to the development and engineering application of carbon dioxide capture and utilization technology for more than ten years. The Jurong Carbon Capture Demonstration Project was successfully put into operation in 2019, with an annual carbon dioxide recovery of 10,000 tons, leading the international technology, and the Shenwu Carbon Capture Project is under construction, with a capacity of 200,000 tons/year. Huadian Environmental Protection has expanded carbon capture technology from a capacity of tens of thousands of tons to millions of tons, and has extended the application of carbon capture from the thermal power industry to the steel, building materials, petroleum, and chemical industries. The product solutions have evolved from physical applications to chemical, biological, and geological applications, gradually forming a complete CCUS industry chain, providing solid technical support for the country's carbon neutrality goals.
