In accordance with the development strategy of "based on the needs of CHD, building domestic leadership, and benchmarking against the world's first-class", the company focuses on the development of "biogas" technology and industry; relying on the National Energy Biogas Efficient Preparation and Comprehensive Utilization Technology R&D (Experimental) Center, and through its patented technology of dry and wet anaerobic gasification and pyrolysis gasification coupling and its core equipment, it has established a business development structure based on technology R&D, dominated by core equipment manufacturing and project services, as well as optimized project investment, striving to become a leading biogas technology company.
This project is CHEC's first biogas power generation project using mixed raw materials. The project has a static investment of RMB 67.5 million, using the internationally advanced zero-emission dry-wet coupling anaerobic fermentation process for biogas slurry and organic fertilizer technology independently developed by CHD, with a construction scale of 1.2MW. It processes 47,500 tons of livestock waste and 2,920 tons of straw annually, produces 12,000m3 of biogas per day. Using two 600kW biogas internal combustion generators, with an annual operating hour of 7,500h, the project is capable of generating 9 Million kWh of electricity annually. The annual output of solid bio-organic fertilizer is 14,000 tons, and 30,000 tons of hot water can be supplied annually. It can achieve reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by 45,000 tons annually.
