The offshore wind power business aims to be China's Premier Offshore Wind Power Engineering Systems Solutions Provider. Its business covers offshore wind power R&D, equipment manufacturing, offshore construction and installation, wind turbine hoisting and commissioning, and wind farm O&M. It has qualification for general contracting for port and waterway engineering construction, general contracting for power engineering construction, and power industry engineering design (wind power generation), owning a special-grade qualification for steel structure manufacturing, as well as a large-scale offshore engineering equipment manufacturing plant near the port (Caofeidian base), "Huadian 1001" self-elevating offshore operating platform, IHC S-3600 hydraulic pile driver and other major ocean engineering equipment, forming an offshore wind power full industry chain service system centered on engineering, and has the ability to engage in EPC contracting of offshore wind power projects. It participated in more than 30 offshore wind power projects, with a total installed capacity of nearly 6GW, ranking among the top in the domestic market.
The independently developed project Research and Application of Key Technologies for the Construction of Extra-large Diameter Single-pile Foundation for Offshore Wind Power won the first prize of the 2019 China Electric Power Science and Technology Award, and the research results have reached the international leading level. The Innovation and Practice of Full-process Management in Offshore Wind Power Construction won the Innovation Grand Prize of the CEC Electric Power Innovation Award 2021.The "Integrated Technology and Equipment for Safe and Efficient Offshore Wind Power Development and Industrialization" Project was awarded the First Prize of 2024 National Science and Technology Progress Award.

1.SPIC Binhai North H1# 100MW offshore wind power project
The SPIC Binhai North H1#100MW offshore wind power project, constructed under the general contracting, was awarded China's High-Quality Electric Power Project 2017, and won the National Quality Engineering Gold Award 2016-2017, becoming the first domestic wind power project (onshore and offshore) to win the Award.
2.The Tangshan Laoting Bodhi Island 300MW Demonstration Project received the 2021-2022 China Installation Engineering Quality Award (China Installation Star) in the second batch of awards.
3.The Huadian Fuqing Haitan Strait 300MW Project won the 2023 China Electric Power Quality Engineering Award.
4.Shandong DongyingHG14 offshore photovoltaic steel truss for Guo hua Electric power co., Ltd
The offshore photovoltaic engineering business of HDCZ mainly includes manufacturing and transportation of the steel pipe piles of photovoltaic foundation and its upper steel truss structure. HDCZ completed China's first fixed pile foundation offshore photovoltaic model project of the pile foundation.
