Limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology
At present, the standard desulfurization technology with the widest application range and the most mature process technology is the basic process of flue gas desulfurization for large thermal power plants. Using cheap limestone slurry as absorbent, SO2 in flue gas is absorbed by spraying in absorption tower. The purified flue gas is discharged after being demisted by demister, and the by-product is gypsum.

Seawater desulfurization technology
It is a desulfurization method to remove SO2 from flue gas by using the alkalinity of seawater. In the desulfurization absorption tower, a large amount of seawater is sprayed to wash the flue gas, SO2 in the flue gas is absorbed by seawater, and the purified flue gas is discharged after being demisted by the demister. After absorbing sulfur dioxide, the seawater is mixed with a large amount of desulfurized seawater, and then discharged into the sea after aeration treatment in aeration tank.

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) denitrification technology
At present, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is the most widely used process in industry. Ammonia is injected into the flue gas and mixed evenly with flue gas before entering the reactor. Under the action of catalyst, ammonia reacts with NOx in flue gas to generate nitrogen and water to remove NOx. The reaction temperature is 310-450 ㎡ . The reducing agent ammonia can be obtained by ammonia water evaporation, liquid ammonia evaporation, urea pyrolysis, urea hydrolysis and so on.

Gas internal combustion engine flue gas denitrification technology
Urea solution is directly injected into high temperature flue gas to produce ammonia (NH3), and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is used to remove NOx in flue gas.
Wet electrostatic precipitator technology
High voltage electric field was established between cathode wire and anode module to remove dust and aerosol particles such as PM2.5, SO3 and heavy metal mercury in wet flue gas.
The company has established the wet electrostatic precipitator simulation test device and pilot test device, and has conducted in-depth exploration and Research on the wet electrostatic precipitator mechanism, anode and cathode materials, key parts, pole configuration and high-voltage power supply mode, and independently developed the wet electrostatic precipitator technology mainly using conductive glass fiber reinforced plastic as anode material.
Urea hydrolysis technology for flue gas denitrification
After the urea particles are dissolved to about 50% of the "concentration", they are sent to the urea hydrolysis reactor, where they are hydrolyzed by high-temperature steam heating to decompose the ammonia gas. The ammonia gas is diluted and mixed by hot air and then enters the ammonia spraying grid in the inlet flue of SCR reactor.
CO2 capture technology(CCUS)
The flue gas is washed and purified by the deep purification tower. The carbon dioxide in the flue gas is absorbed by the organic amine solution in the absorption tower, and the rich liquid is heated and regenerated in the regeneration tower, and the high concentration of carbon dioxide gas is precipitated from the tower top.
